Angelina Jolie comforts boxer Ricky Hatton

Hollywood star terrifed he was seriously injured in boxing match

British boxer Ricky Hatton lost his welterweight World Championship match in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

But A-listers Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Bruce Willis, David Beckham, Sylvester Stallone and golfer Tiger Woods were in the stands backing our boy.

Denzel Washington, Wesley Snipes, Jude Law, Gwen Stefani, Kid Rock and Tom Jones – who sang the national anthem for Ricky - were also in the crowd.

Even WAG Coleen McCloughlin, 21, flew out to Sin City especially to watch pal Ricky, 29, at the MGM Grand Arena.

The Manchester fighter battled against American Floyd Mayweather but was knocked out in the 10th round.

After the match, Angelina, 32, and Brad, 44, went to Ricky's dressing room to check he was okay.

‘He crashed down right in front of them and Angelina grimaced,’ a source tells The Sun.

‘It was the first time she had ever seen boxing up close and she was worried that Ricky had been seriously hurt.

‘She seemed genuinely affected by what she’d seen and told Ricky he’d been very brave.’

Brad and Angelina later helped Ricky forget his defeat by partying at the Hard Rock hotel in Las Vegas.
