Marc Bannerman questioned by police

Photographer makes complaint over alleged memory card incident

Marc Bannerman has been questioned by police over a reported disagreement with a photographer near Cerys Matthews' parents' home in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

The I'm A Celeb stars are being trailed by a gaggle of paparazzi and Dyfed Powys Police are investigating a complaint about an alleged incident outside the Ship Inn in Trefin.

'One of the snappers got a photo of Cerys and Marc in the pub and then he got back into his car,' an eyewitness tells Wales On Sunday

'But then Marc and a male friend of theirs came out of the pub, opened the door to the photographer’s car and started pulling his camera away from him.'

It's claimed the memory card was removed from the digital camera and the snapper, after failing to retrieve it, called the police.

Last night Dyfed Powys Police confirmed that they were investigating an alleged incident.

Officers visited Cerys's home on Friday and are understood to have questioned Marc.

A police spokesperson said: 'Dyfed Powys Police are investigating an alleged incident that occurred between a male and persons outside a licensed premises in Trefin, Pembrokeshire, at approximately 2.45pm on Friday.

Marc's representative declined to comment.
