Lorraine Kelly: I inherited these boobies from my mum

GMTV star defends her 36B bust

Lorraine Kelly has defended her large boobs after a lingerie expert claimed she was wearing the wrong-sized bra on live TV.

The presenter, 48, was left red-faced in a GMTV interview when June Kenton – the Queen’s lingerie fitter – announced that her breasts looked like they were ‘talking to each other’.

But Lorraine says she’s proud of her 36B bust.

‘I think they’re not bad at all,’ she insists. ‘I inherited these boobies from my mum and they’re still perky and doing their job well.’

But Lorraine admits that she does use a little scaffolding.

‘A push up bra is a fabulous thing,’ she tells the Daily Express. ‘I went to America and discovered Victoria’s Secrets and up they go.’

And her assets are appreciated by Hollywood's finest.

‘I think Robert Downey Jnr started off the whole cleavage appreciation bit,’ she says.

‘When he came on the show he said, “Wow, you’ve got great tits”. That was a conversation stopper.’
