Rhydian Roberts predicts Irish pop mogul will go after his mentor

Louis Walsh is set to crank up his feud with Dannii Minogue on Saturday by teasing her about her flop new single.

Dance tune Touch Me Like That is unlikely to break the Top 40 after its CD release this week – having sold less than 1,500 copies.

And Dannii’s protégé Rhydian Roberts says she’ll come in for some ribbing.

‘It’s guaranteed,’ the 24-year-old tells Now Online. ‘The thing with Louis is he’s consistent. He speaks his mind whoever it is, like he did last week with Dannii.

'She was genuinely upset. The words he used were quite strong.’

Niki Evans, 34, reckons Louis, 55, should give it a rest.

‘The rivalry has been blown out of proportion,’ she says. ‘Singles don’t do that well now, anyway. And I don’t think she promoted it as well as she could have, because she’s too busy with us.’

Niki also denies that Sharon Osbourne, 55, and Dannii hate each other.

‘They’re fine,’ says the former dinner lady. ‘I’ve never seen anything go on between them two...apart from lots of touchy feely stuff.'
