Posh praises supporters who need medical attention

Victoria Beckham reckons fans who cry, need medical attention or faint when they see her are her true supporters.

Posh, 33, made the bizarre comments after being mobbed by hysterical crowds in Japan when she visited the country to promote the Spice Girls world tour.

‘It was amazing at the airport, lots of lovely Japanese people there to greet us,’ she says on her online video blog at dvbstyle.com.

‘There were tears. I always like that it shows you are a real fan when you cry or when you pass out.

'When the paramedics are called I think that is a good sign. It shows real determination as a fan.’
