Britney Spears gets kids for Christmas

Britney Spears will be able to watch her kids unwrap prezzies on Christmas morning.

The troubled singer, 25 - who currently only gets to see the boys twice a week with a court appointed monitor - was granted visitation rights after her lawyer battled it out in court.

‘There was extensive discussion and agreement on the visitation over the holiday period,’ LA Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told reporters.

‘It's different from the existing schedule.’

And estranged ex-hubby Kevin Federline, 29 - who has full custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1 - is said to be satisfied with the outcome.

‘Kevin thinks it's absolutely appropriate that they both get to see the kids over the holidays,’ says lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.
