X Factor’s Same Difference Sean and Sarah Smith are said to be shocked and horrified by suggestions on the internet that they have an incestuous relationship.

The duo are brother and sister but groups on a social networking site have made outtrageous and ridiculous claims about the pair's closeness.

Pals of Sarah and Sean in Portsmouth say the digs are really upsetting.

‘Sean and Sarah are siblings and to suggest they are anything else is pathetic,’ a friend tells the Daily Star.

Sarah, 18, has a boyfriend. But the wild and stupid rumours have further been fuelled because Sean is single.
