He breaks down at Donda West's funeral

Hip-hop star Kanye West broke down as he gave a short speech at his mum's funeral.

Donda West, 58, passed away on 9 November following complications resulting from cosmetic surgery.

Celebs paying their respects with the rapper in the Oklahoma City suburb of Spencer included Jay-Z, Beyoncé Knowles, singer Pharrell Williams and Erykah Badu.

Kanye, 30, also dedicated a performance in Brussels, Belgium, to Donda on Sunday.

'The problems that we go through, the situations, the hard times,' he mused. 'Who would ever have thought that these same songs would have to help me?

'Every show, every song I do has a different meaning to me now. Heard Em Say, Can't Tell Me Nothing, Jesus Walks, Touch The Sky, or that which don't kill me can only make me Stronger.'
