Mary-Kate Olsen rushed to hospital

TV star has emergency operation

Mary-Kate Olsen was rushed to hospital on Monday with a kidney infection.

The Hollywood star – who reportedly checked into Cirque Lodge rehab centre 3 years ago to treat an eating disorder – was taken to a New York hospital and treated immediately.

‘Mary-Kate got a kidney infection,’ her rep Nicole Caruso confirms.

‘She's resting comfortably and will be released in the next day or so.'

The 21-year-old was forced to watch the season finale of her hit show Weeds from her ward bed.
