Prince William teases Harry over being dumped

Wills labels him the ‘official Royal gooseberry’

Prince William has reportedly been teasing Prince Harry about being dumped by Chelsy Davy.

Wills has labelled the playboy prince, 23, the ‘official Royal gooseberry’ in front of pals.

The 25-year-old heir to the throne made the dig at his little brother at a birthday bash for a cousin.

While William escorted Kate Middleton to the bash, Harry was the only one without a date.

‘William turned to Harry and said, “You’re now the official Royal gooseberry”,’ a source tells The Sun.

‘Harry gave his brother a dirty look before smiling.’

And the brothers seem to enjoy a laugh. Ricky Gervais has revealed that William and Harry regularly text him jokey messages.

‘Harry’s really funny, just like a normal bloke,’ the comedian, 46, explains. ‘I get little quotes and that from the boys. We text each other. They are both great.’
