Kelly Osbourne: Depression made me binge eat
Kelly Osbourne shot to fame as a teenager in reality show The Osbournes.
Millions watched the antics of Sharon and Ozzy's family in LA, but Kelly say she never truly fitted in and felt self-conscious about her size.
'I used to sit in front of the TV every day binge-eating because I was depressed,' she admits.
'I stuck out like a sore thumb in LA and that's a very uncomfortable feeling.'
Kelly - who recently starred as Mama Morton in West End musical Chicago - prefers to live in England and has regained her confidence by losing a stone in weight.
'I didn't consciously get into shape,' she tells Sunday magazine. 'I just got off my bum and started to do things.
'Now, when I'm not hungry, I don't eat. And I'm so busy, the weight just dropped off.'
