Amy Winehouse’s hubby in prison medical unit

Blake Fielder-Civil said to be sobbing uncrontrollably

Amy Winehouse's hubby has reportedly been taken to a prison medical unit because he can't stop crying.

Blake Fielder-Civil, 26, is said to have sobbed uncontrollably since being admitted to Pentonville Prison, North London, on Saturday after being charged with trying to pervert the course of justice.

And now nurses are monitoring him amid fears for his health. – although it is not believed to be suicide watch.

'The unit has a TV and is more relaxed than a normal cell, which is meant to help calm him down,’ says a source.

‘He is in the unit for his own safety. We want to keep an eye on him. It is also a precaution because he could experience trouble from fellow inmates.’

And Blake is said to be pining for Amy, 24.

‘He's more concerned about her than for his own safety,’ the source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘He misses her terribly.’

It is believed Blake will be assessed today to decide when to move him back to the main wing. He and a pal will remain in custody until 23 November.
