Britney Spears has allegedly jumped a red light while on her mobile.
The singer, 25, was pictured chatting away while behind the wheel of her Mercedes in LA as it appeared to continue past the stop signal.
Sons Sean Preston, 2, and 14-month Jayden James – who Brit is allowed to see 2 days a week - were asleep in the back of the car.
The incident is reported to have taken place after Kevin Federline, 29, asked a court to ban his ex-wife from driving the boys because she has missed drug tests.
A ruling is expected in two weeks.
Last year, Britney was snapped driving with Sean on her lap.
