Jessica Alba: I don't diet
Actress Jessica Alba has a fantastic figure but not because she starves herself to conform to the Hollywood ideal.
'My happiness isn't dictated by what other people want or how they see me,' says the 26-year-old star.
Jess - regularly voted one of the sexiest women in the world - admits to indulging in the kind of rich foods usually avoided by LA's super-skinny celebrities.
'I don't diet and I love to cook,' she tells the Mirror.
'I made chicken with basil, truffle oil and stewed tomatoes last night. I also love brownies and probably drink too much coffee.'
