Stars turn out for Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Of The Year Awards

The celebs were out in force on Tuesday night for the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Of The Year Awards.

Peter Andre, 34, and wife Jordan, 29, Jamelia, Holly Willoughby, Tess Daly and hubby Vernon Kay were just some of the names celebrating the achievements of famous and non-famous women in the last year.

Jordan – aka Katie Price – took home the Be The Best You Can Be trophy at the do held at London’s Cirque.

Myleene Klass, 29, was named Comeback Queen, and Ugly Betty actress Ashley Jensen, 38, was crowned the Top Woman On TV. Leona Lewis picked up the Ultimate Newcomer award.

‘It's so important, this awards ceremony is celebrating women who've achieved so many great things, there's so many deserving people here so I'm so glad to be a part of it,’ Leona tells the Metro.

Other winners included Cameron Diaz as Ultimate Lady Of Film and Angelina Jolie who scooped the Ultimate Woman Who Made Us Care trophy.

The ceremony was hosted by Fearne Cotton.
