Jessica Simpson was left red-faced after tripping up at an awards do on Monday.
The singer, 27, got her heel caught in a grating on the pavement outside New York’s Cipriani Restaurant.
Jess was left teetering in her giant black stilettos as she tried to stop herself from falling.
Luckily, a pal and her bodyguard were able to steady her.
Chirpy Jess managed to laugh off the incident at the 11th annual Accessories Council Excellence Awards.
