Strictly Come Dancing star says their relationship is purely professional

Brendan Cole has spoken out about his relationship with Strictly Come Dancing partner Kelly Brook – protesting that he doesn't fancy her.

The snake-hipped Kiwi, 31, says that while he thinks Kelly is incredibly good looking, there is no spark between them – despite ongoing media reports that suggest otherwise.

‘Kelly is stunning but she is not someone I’m attracted to,’ Brendan insists.

‘She is happy with her boyfriend and that is good because both our minds are on the job of winning.’

Kelly is, of course, engaged to Hollywood star Billy Zane.

Brendan is glad to still be in the competition and says if Gabby Logan was voted off the show last week, it was for good reason.

‘Gabby obviously wasn’t doing something right,’ he tells the Daily Star Sunday.

‘She failed to connect with the audience.’
