He makes a cheeky appearance in Hamburg

Take That star Howard Donald shocked fans on Wednesday when he appeared on stage wearing only his hospital gown.

The cheeky singer – who was rushed into surgery with a collapsed lung last Friday – couldn’t resist flashing his buttocks as he joined the boys on stage attached to a fake drip.

'Being backstage is so frustrating having a small injury,' he told the cheering Hamburg crowd.

'I'm going to do my best to get as fit as I can. I was so disappointed not to be performing. I’m so sorry.'

But the hunky 39-year-old made sure he gave the audience a special treat to make-up for his absence by giving them an eyeful as he swaggered off to staggering applause.
