Jake Gyllenhaal takes Reese's kids trick or treating

New couple enjoy Halloween outing

Jake Gyllenhaal's relationship with Rendition co-star Reese Witherspoon looks to be moving along nicely.

The couple took Reese's two children, Ava, 8, and Deacon, 4, trick or treating around LA for Halloween.

'They were holding hands and swinging them in the air as they walked,' says a neighbour.

'Reese was laughing at everything Jake was saying.'

Reese, 32, and Jake, 26, met shortly after Reese filed for divorce from husband Ryan Phillippe, 33, and starting dating in secret.

But since being snapped hand in hand in Rome, the loved-up pair are no longer trying to hide away.

While the kids ran up to knock on doors on Wednesday, Reese and Jake waited for them on the footpath and flirted.

'Jake tapped Reese on the butt and then she hit him back — they began running a circle hitting each other!' the onlooker tells USmagazine.com.

'Then Jake picked Reese up off her feet and she screamed!'
