Gemma Atkinson to record album

Ex-Hollyoaks star is off to Nashville

Not only is Gemma Atkinson starring in her first movie and taking part in ITV show I'm A Celebrity, she's also revealed that she'll be recording her own album.

Gemma, 22, says that after her stint in the Australian jungle is over, she'll be heading to Nashville to make her debut CD and has been approached by some of the best record producers around.

'I'm going to get to work with some really amazing people who are right at the top of their game,' she says.

The ex-Hollyoaks actress, who is currently filming a British film alongside stars Heather Graham and Alan Cumming, admits that even though she'll be in the country music capital, the local produce isn't really her cup of tea.

'I'm more a soul diva than a cowgirl!' she tells the Daily Star.
