Troubled star hung wedding dress on bedroom wall after split with Kev

Britney's ex-assistant has revealed that the singer was so traumatised by her split with Kevin Federline, she filled her house with pictures of her ex-husband and hung her wedding dress on her bedroom wall.

Kalie Machado, 23, became Britney's assistant in December last year and witnessed the heartbreak that the mum-of-two experienced during the disintegration of her marriage.

She was constantly by Britney's side and says she became the star's drinking partner as well as a shoulder to cry on.

'She wanted so badly to have the father of her babies,' Kalie tells Us Weekly!.

'When Britney thought about Kevin not wanting her, she would bawl. She would look at Sean and Jayden and say, "Where's your daddy? I need help. Where's your daddy?"

'It just made her crazy. She needs mental help.'
