Jessie Wallace: I want to marry my toyboy lover

Pals claim that drink and drugs are making the star lose her mind

Jessie Wallace says she’s in love and wants to marry her toyboy lover, even though they only met 6 weeks ago.

Friends and family of the troubled star say she’s in no fit state to begin a new relationship and is still battling a booze and drug problem.

The actress, currently in South Africa filming ITV drama Wild At Heart, met her new man, 25-year-old boxer Tommy O’Neill, while drinking in London’s King’s Cross.

Former boyfriend, millionaire builder David Kerwood, claims the ex-EastEnder is so out of control that she still owes him £10,000, although the 36-year-old star fiercely denies this.

‘She’s even talking about having his [Tommy's] name tattooed on her body,' says David's son Johnny, 25.

'Tommy’s a pretty boy, so I’m sure she’s with him because it’s good for her image.

‘I hope this new bloke can handle Jessie’s drinking. I’ve never seen anyone with such a huge capacity for drink. It turns her into a psycho.

'I can only see her stopping when she’s dead. I truly hope she seeks help before it comes to that.’

In the past, Jessie’s admitted to heavy drinking and taking cocaine, saying: ‘I’ve done drugs, but I’m not proud of it and it’s in the past.’

A spokesperson for Jessie has refused to comment.
