Take That's Howard Donald leaves hospital

He’ll rejoin tour but won’t be allowed to sing

Howard Donald

Howard Donald has checked out of hospital after reportedly having emergency treatment for a collapsed lung.

On Wednesday the 39-year-old is due to be reunited with the boys on tour in Germany.

But he will be banned from singing.

‘Howard is making a speedy recovery,’ a spokesman tells the Sun. ‘He will rejoin his bandmates in Hamburg tomorrow when the tour arrives there.

‘It is still not clear when he will be back on stage, but it should be very soon.’

Mark Owen, 35, Gary Barlow, 36, and Jason Orange, 37, have had to re-choreograph their act so that they could carry on as a trio.

Howard was injured after falling awkwardly during a complex dance on stage in Italy last week. He thought he was okay but was taken for emergency treatment after the boys later landed in Vienna, Austria.
