David Beckham and Vinnie Jones are set for a face off at a charity soccer match next week.
LA Galaxy star Becks will be taking to the field on 4 November in a special game to help raise money for the victims of the California wildfires.
And hardman Vinnie, 42, will be part of the opposing Hollywood United squad.
Metrosexual Becks, 32 - who's only just recovering from knee problems - is unlikely to get any soft treatment on the pitch from the no-nonsense footballer-turned-actor.
Vinnie is expected to be joined by actor Jason Statham and Sex Pistols’ guitarist Steve Jones.
‘We have something in the pipeline and will be announcing the details shortly,’ a spokesman for LA Galaxy tells the Sun.
Vinnie hasn’t had many nice things to say about David in the past.
‘All the Beckham stuff – well it's all boll**ks, isn't it?' he reckons.
