Sporty's dreading doing her old Spice Girl moves

She's only 33, but Mel C's feeling her age.
Sporty Spice admits she's terrified about getting back on stage to perform all those girl-band energetic moves.
'We're not as young and flexible as we used to be,' she tells ITV’s Loose Women.
'With tour rehearsals starting next week, Emma and I have been talking about how, when we get up in the morning, our knees are creaky.
'We’re nervous because how are we going to do those dance routines?'
But a Spice Girls insider reckons Mel won't have to do her high kicks anymore.
'Fans know the girls are older, so won’t be expecting them to bend over backwards,' the source tells the Sun.
Hmm...the Take That boys still manage to do their old moves.
