Gemma Atkinson: I'm a tomboy

Glamour girl says she's happiest in jeans

Gemma Atkinson prefers being one of the lads and likes to dress down.

The ex-Hollyoaks star, 22, admits she's happiest in trousers and hates tottering around in high heels.

'I'm a bit of a tomboy at heart. I've got four wardrobes full of t-shirts and jeans,' she reveals.

'I hate looking too "done" - it makes me feel self-conscious.'

Despite modelling for lingerie chain La Senza, Gemma also claims that her underwear is 'usually mismatched'.

But despite stepping out in a red gingham bra with black lace knickers (oh, the shame!), she's starting to enjoy getting glammed up for a night on the town.

'In the last year I've become a lot more girly,' she tells S magazine, 'I've worn a lot of dresses.'
