Britney Spears: My judge is 'an old fart'

Singer says she hates going to court

Britney Spears is said to be furious with her court judge and has branded him ‘an old fart’.

The troubled singer, 25, has been in and out of LA’s Superior Court in recent months to battle for custody of her kids - but says she’s sick to death of being disrespected.

‘I hate my judge. He is so mean and just an old fart,’ she's ranted, Us Weekly reports.

‘He told me I was being catty with him but he was being catty with me and paid me no respect at all.

'His job is to sit there and tell people what to do and that’s just so sad.’

Britney is due in court again on 26 October.
