Tom Cruise at premiere of Lions For Lambs

Tom Cruise charmed London last night at the premiere of his latest film.

The 45-year-old worked the crowds with one of his trademark mammoth meet-and-greet sessions.

Dressed in a sharp steel-grey suit, Tom spent 2½ hours signing autographs and posing for pictures in Leicester Square.

The Hollywood star is in the UK to promote new film Lions For Lambs at the BFI 51st London Film Festival.

Spare a thought for co-star and director Robert Redford. With all the commotion surrounding Tom, no one noticed him slipping into the premiere through the back door.
