Amy Winehouse’s mum: Amy and Blake will destroy each other

Singer's parents believe their daughter is on heroin and cocaine

Amy Winehouse’s parents are petrified their troubled daughter's behaviour is still spiralling out of control – and feel that she and Blake are a deadly combination.

Mum Janis says that while she wants to give her son-in-law, 26, a chance, she doesn’t believe he and Amy can help each other.

‘They have a destructive relationship,’ she reveals.

‘There is no equilibrium. But Amy is loyal. If Blake is her choice, I have to respect it.’

But while she wants to keep her 24-year-old daughter close, Janis and her ex-hubby Mitch, 56, are desperate for her to check herself into rehab.

‘We know she’s on hard drugs – heroin and cocaine,’ Mitch tells the Sunday Express.

‘That’s why we’ve been trying to get her into rehab. Janis and I worry – lots - that she will seriously harm herself. I don’t know what Amy and Blake have been doing for the last month or so. We’d like to think they have stayed clean.

‘But the thing with drug addicts is that they rarely tell you the truth.’

Amy was recently arrested for possessing marijuana in Norway and reportedly had to pay a £350 fine.
