Singer snapped leaving surgery with swollen smackers

Britney Spears has reportedly had her lips plumped up.

The troubled star was snapped leaving a Beverly Hills surgery at the weekend covering her swollen mouth while photographers tried to catch a sneaky glimpse of the retouch.

‘Brit hoped her new lips would improve her look without being really obvious to anyone,' a source tells the Daily Mail.

'But onlookers literally stood open-mouthed when they saw her. She looked freaky.'

The following day Brit, 25, was snapped showing off her new pout as she enjoyed spending some quality time with sons Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2.

The singer has regained the visitation rights that she temporarily lost last week.
