Victoria Beckham: I wish Princess Di had invited me for tea

Posh says she wanted a personal chat with the Princess

Victoria Beckham has revealed how desperately disappointed she feels that Princess Diana never asked her and David to drop in for a Royal visit.

Posh would have loved to have got to know the Princess.

‘I was sure that one day we’d get an invitation for tea at Kensington Palace and that I’d get to meet her,’ Victoria says.

‘Not just in a line, shaking hands or something, but a proper chat.’

It wasn't to be but Victoria is still a huge admirer of the Princess of Wales's feisty spirit.

‘Diana showed the world what you could do if you put your mind to it,’ Posh tells OK!

‘She lived her life as she wanted to. If that isn’t girl power I don’t know what is.’
