Amy Winehouse's first gig since suspected overdose is bizarre

Singer fluffs the lines of her songs

Tuesday, 16 October 2007

Amy Winehouse’s first proper gig since her suspected overdose in August has been described as a mess.

The troubled singer, 24, performed at Berlin’s Tempodrom last night but stumbled through much of the performance.

The night started off badly, with Amy tripping as she headed to the stage. Then she fluffed the opening lines of 2 numbers, reports the Sun.

Fans also complained of her bizarre behaviour - she twitched and rubbed her face awkwardly throughout.

The jazz diva did manage to belt out a few tunes without any hiccups, though. Back To Black had the crowd in a frenzy.

Amy is scheduled for a 27-date tour and she’s expected to perform in Amsterdam, Paris, Glasgow and London, before wrapping up the tour in Manchester on 13 December.
