Couple can't agree terms to end 4-year marriage

Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills’s divorce proceedings are reported to have ground to a halt because the ex-model is demanding two extra luxury properties.
It's claimed the 39-year-old – who already owns several homes - wants Macca’s £2m house in Hove, East Sussex and his £6m LA villa.
Sir Paul, 65, is said to have refused to give up the properties.
And it’s not the only obstacle - Heather is still reluctant to sign a confidentiality agreement to keep her spilling all about the 4-year marriage.
‘Heather won’t reach an agreement, first and foremost because she is refusing to sign a gagging clause,’ a source tells the Daily Star.
‘She wants to be able to talk and write about her relationship with Paul. For her it’s a licence to another huge amount of money. They are back to square one.’
A spokesman for Sir Paul, 65, declined to comment.
