Musician apprehended in Atlanta car park

American rapper TI has been arrested on suspicion of collecting machine guns.
The musician, whose real name is Clifford Harris Jnr, has a criminal record so also faces a charge of possession of firearms by a convicted felon.
TI, 27, was taken into custody after his arrest in an Atlanta car park and was unable to perform at the BET Hip-Hop gala.
Filed court documents state 3 firearms, one loaded, were found in the car TI was driving, reports BBC News.
Six more weapons, 5 of them loaded, are reported to have been discovered at the star's home.
The musician's bodyguard claims that he had bought 9 weapons for him.
