Britney's hair extensions reveal a bald spot

With her head in a book, her scalp shines through

When she's not wearing one of her many wigs, Britney has been sporting hair extensions since shaving off her own locks earlier this year.

But it's not a flawless process, as Victoria Beckham found out.

Britters, 25, has a bit of a bald spot at the back of her head.

The troubled star, who likes to go everywhere with Yorkie pet London, has been a bit of bookworm recently.

She's been spotted reading CS Lewis's The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.

This children's fantasy story has deep themes of betrayal, death, resurrection and redemption.

Perhaps Brit is looking for some spiritual help - or it could be she just likes the characters, including The White Witch and helpful Mrs Beaver.
