Lily Allen’s dad: We joke about taking cocaine

Keith Allen warns his daughter to steer clear of hard drugs

Lily Allen’s dad Keith has warned her never to take hard drugs.

The dad-of-eight, a former hell-raiser, knows he's not necessarily always set a good example to his famous daughter, but he doesn't want her to ruin her life.

He advises: 'Stay off the Ketamine, love. Don’t go on the brown (heroin) – look at Amy.'

But Keith, 54, admits to having a laid-back attitude with Lily, 22, and says they often joke about doing coke.

‘A typical conversation between me and Lily is, “Dad, have you got any coke”, to which I’ll say, "Shut up,”' he tells the Daily Mirror.

‘But I feel secure because I know my daughter and the person she is.'
