Actress helps troubled star recover

Jennifer Aniston has been helping Owen Wilson recover from his recent troubles, by teaching him yoga.
Owen, 38 - who was admitted to hospital in August after a suspected suicide attempt - has been working out with his Marley & Me co-star in a bid to sort out his demons.
'She has been encouraging Owen to practice breathing techniques, yoga and meditation,' an insider tells Metro.
It's believed Jen took up the ancient spiritual practice to help her get over her split from ex-hubby Brad Pitt.
They are both "wounded souls", says the source.
