Paul McCartney thrashing out deal with Heather Mills
Paul McCartney and Heather Mills are busily thrashing out their divorce settlement.
The warring couple are currently holed up in a secret meeting with a High Court judge in London and aim to cut a deal within the next 24 hours.
That way they will avoid a costly public hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice.
According to reports, the settlement will be Britain’s biggest ever, with Heather walking away with a £57m slice of Macca’s £825million fortune.
This includes an initial lump sum of £15million, plus yearly payments of £3million until their daughter Beatrice turns 18.
Paul, 65, will also pay for Beatrice’s schooling and security, and keep the £10m London pad he bought in the 70s, reports the Daily Mail.
The pair will have equal access to Beatrice, who turns four later this month.
