Lily Allen has learnt how to reprogramme her brain so she doesn’t put on weight.

The singer – who has shrunk from a size 12 to a tiny size 8 in a matter of months – says her new slim figure is due to self-hypnosis.

The 22-year-old attends a specialist clinic run by Susan Hepburn who charges around £300 for tuition on self-improvement using the power of the brain.

‘After the hypnosis, I want to go to the gym everyday, otherwise I feel really bad,' Lily tells The Mail On Sunday. 'I just want to get more toned and healthy.’

The technique is supposed to implant subconscious messages to remind clients to stop eating when they’re full and to associate good feelings with exercise.

'I've never been happier,' says Lily.
