Mrs Rod Stewart says that she’s heavier than before she started the show

Penny Lancaster admits she’s actually gained weight as a result of the intense dance training she’s gone though for BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Penny, 36, thought the show would be a great way to shed the extra pregnancy pounds she's not been able to shift - but that hasn't proved the case.
‘Before I started training I still hadn’t got back the figure I had before giving birth to my son Alastair nearly two years ago,’ she tells Sunday.
But although the bathroom scales are showing an increase, 6ft 1in Penny feels taut and trim.
‘I’ve realised it’s because my body fat has gone down and my muscle, which is heavier, has increased,' she explains.
‘I’ve now got muscles in places I’d forgotten about.'
