Employee accused of stealing from glamour model
Wednesday, 10 October 2007
Jordan has accused an employee of stealing cash from her, breaking a confidentiality agreement and opening store accounts in her name.
The glamour model appeared at Lewis Crown Court to give evidence against her former stablehand Joanne Hillman who allegedly deceived her.
Jordan hired Joanne to look after her horses and dogs at her home in Brighton but maintains she was forced to give her the boot after discovering she was apparently out of pocket.
The 34-year-old allegedly opened store accounts in Jordan’s name and loaned the horse box out to earn extra cash, reports the Daily Express.
And Jordan, 29, also claims Joanne broke a confidentiality agreement by signing a deal with a Sunday newspaper to earn £12,000, and is writing a tell-all book in association with PR Max Clifford.
Joanne, 34 denies the charges and the case continues.
