Lily Allen has parted ways with her music management company following an aborted attempt to crack America.
The 22-year-old was lined-up to play a string of sold-out gigs in Las Vegas and the US West Coast in September.
Yet it all had to be scrapped because US immigration revoked her work permit following an incident with a photographer in March.
‘She is still fuming,' a source tells the Daily Mirror.
‘She felt it was her year to break America and blames her management for not getting it sorted out.
'It meant pulling out of the MTV Video Music Awards and also meant she couldn't carry out her promise to tour there in September.'
Lily now wants to make a 'fresh start' as she gets to work on her second album.
Empire Management wishes Lily ‘luck in the future’, but has so far declined to comment on her decision.
