Britney Spears may lose her dogs

Singer accused of not looking after them properly

Britney Spears looks set to lose her beloved dogs after an animal rights charity claimed she had not treated one of the pups after he'd broken his leg.

The news will come as a terrible blow to the star, who has already lost temporary custody of her 2 kids Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2.

Ingrid Newkirk, boss of animal rights charity Peta, has asked Kevin to pursue an order for care of her 4 pups Lucky, Lacy, Bit-Bit and London after Britney reportedly failed to have London treated when his leg was broken, reports The Sun.

It's the final straw for Brit, 25, who was seen screaming and sobbing in her car on Friday as she held onto her little Yorkie, London.

But despite her disastrous personal life, it looks like her music career's going from strength to strength - her new single Gimme More is already at No 3 in the US charts.
