Pete Doherty is out of rehab after staying off drugs for 6 weeks.
The Babyshambles frontman – who has been staying at the Clouds clinic in Whiltshire – checked out yesterday and is thought to staying outside of London until his court hearing.
Pete, 28, was found in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, ketamine and cannabis in May and expected to face prison or community service.
But the troubled star checked into rehab to prove his commitment to stay clean – and friends say he's like a new man.
Andy Boyd - one of Pete's managers - says they're hoping for a more lenient sentence from the judge now he’s completed his stint in rehab.
'He's the best I've seen him in five years,' he tells NME.com.
He’s due to be sentenced at West London's Magistrates Court on 26 October.
