Vanessa Williams is back as the Ugly Betty bitch
She’s the queen bitch of Ugly Betty and Vanessa Williams admits that she did some tough research to play mega-vain Wilhelmina Slater. She tried Botox.
‘I had to feel the pain for myself,’ says Vanessa, 44. ‘I’m amazed how many women in their thirties are using it. It’s very common now.
The new series of Ugly Betty sees Wilhelmina steam ahead with plans for her marriage to Bradford. And in a much-anticipated cameo, Victoria Beckham is to be one of her bridesmaids.
‘I’ve met Victoria a few times,’ she says. ‘Our kids go to the same school, so we’ll see each other there. I’m looking forward to working with her.’
