Brendan Cole: I'm single and I love it

The Strictly star says he's not looking for romance

As Strictly Come Dancing returns to our screens, so too does Brendan Cole - and he's enjoying his single status.

He's known for getting up close and personal with his on-screen partners and says fancy footwork is the key.

‘Dancing is definitely a good way to meet someone,’ Brendan, 28, tells Celebs On Sunday.

‘It’s a form of flirtation, a seductive display.’

But Billy Zane – fiancé of his latest partner Kelly Book – can relax. ‘I'm single and I love it,’ Brendan says. ‘I’m not looking for love.’

But that’s not to say the Strictly star is ruling anything out.

‘The next person I date will have to be special. If someone came along, I wouldn’t say no.’
