Reporter seen falling to the floor near Brit's car

Britney Spears allegedly drove over a photographer’s foot when she was leaving a Beverly Hills garage on Thursday.
The reporter was seen falling to the ground as the car seemed to crunch over his toes – and onlookers claim Brit was in tears as the paps swarmed around the vehicle.
The disastrous accident comes just 24 hours after the court told Brit she’d lost her visitation rights to her sons after failing to turn up for a drugs test.
