Vanessa Hudgens celebrated signing up for High School Musical 3 - by enjoying a leisurely breakfast with Zach Efron in the LA sunshine.

The pair were snapped hand-in-hand as they made their way to a French bakery in Studio City and Vanessa, 18, looked radiant in dark shades and a pretty grey dress.

‘Vanessa just finalised a deal for the sequel,’ a source tells the Sun.

The actress is even rumoured to have got a pay rise – despite rumours that Disney were planning on dropping after after naked pics surfaced on the web in September.
