Michelle Ryan left Albert Square to see if she could make it in the US - and she sure has.
As the star of The Bionic Woman, she's pulled in just under 14 million viewers - NBC's biggest midweek premiere since the launch of The West Wing eight years ago.
Lindsay Wagner was the first Bionic Woman in the 1970s and Michelle, 23 - who played Zoe Slater in EastEnders until 2005 - was a surprise choice for the remake.
In fact, she's sensational as Jaime Sommers, a barmaid who's had her body rebuilt after a car accident with advanced technology.
Michelle's character is 'a more sober, less sunny and more formidable presence' than Lindsay Wagner's says the Washington Post.
