Singer pokes fun at himself in Ricky Gervais comedy

George Michael is to star in a special Christmas episode of Extras.
And as usual comedy writers Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant have pulled out all the stops to make it as embarrassing as possible.
The one-off show will see the 40-year-old ex-Wham star mock his own antics by cruising for gay sex on London’s Hampstead Heath while smoking a joint and tucking into a juicy kebab.
After taking a seat on a bench beside Andy Millman, George asks: ‘Any action?
‘Will you do me a favour and look out for any paparazzi?’
Andy then grasses him up to a photographer after George says he’s going to appear on comedy rival Catherine Tate’s Christmas special.
But it’s not just George who gets into trouble as the show also pokes fun at Gordon Ramsay, David Tennant and comedy duo Hale & Pace, reports the Daily Mirror.
The Christmas special is also going to be the last ever episode of Extras.
